Microbio in seagrass seabeds by 16s sequencing

The seagrass beds of Swan Lake, Shuangdao Bay and Xiaoyao Lake are the main seagrass beds along the coast of Weihai, Shandong Peninsula, and are also the main research bases in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea. In this study, field surveys were conducted in Swan Lake, Shuangdao Bay and Xiaoyao Lake in May and September 2021. Two sediment collection stations ( T1, T2 ) were collected in the seagrass bed and adjacent waters of Swan Lake, two sediment collection stations ( X1, X2 ) were collected in the seagrass bed and adjacent waters of Xiaoyao Lake, and three sediment collection stations ( S1, S2, S3 ) were collected in the seagrass bed and adjacent waters of Shuangdao Bay. A total of 14 stations were collected in two quarters.
