This dataset includes GDGT distributions, n-alkane abundances, hydrogen isotope values (δD), and derived proxy indices from Lake Chibuzhang Co, central Tibetan Plateau. The data were used to reconstruct Holocene lake hydrology and effective moisture changes. Depth and age information are included to allow reproduction of proxy calculations.
