Optical Emission and Reflection Data for Melting Regime Classification in Laser Powder Bed Fusion of 316L Stainless Steel and Ti-6Al-4V

This dataset and accompanying code repository contain the experimental data and analysis scripts used in the study of real-time melting regime classification in Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) processes. The data includes optical sensor measurements (emission and reflection) collected during LPBF printing of 316L stainless steel and Ti-6Al-4V specimens, along with corresponding process parameters.
