Data presented in manuscript entitled Novel insights into the genetic basis and transcriptomic elucidation of virulence attenuation in Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae variants

The datasets presented show numerical raw data and statistical information regarding bacteria used in the study to reflect their growth curve, bacterial count measured during pathogenicity testing timeline for 0, 3 and 7 days, and numerical data of lesion or necrotic disease spots counted. In addition, quantified expression data of the T3SS gene followed by transcriptome expression of data presented in heatmaps.
