资源简介:
Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) has the highest morbidity and mortality among all carcinomas, which therapeutic effect was not ideal. Despite numerous studies have revealed that Ailanthone (Aila), a natural product, is responsible for inhibiting multiple cancer cell proliferation and invasion and induces cell apoptosis. The mechanism by which Aila dose-dependently repressing NSCLC progression remains unclear. In this research, we observed that most of the long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) were either notably up or downregulated in NSCLC cells after treated with Aila. Meanwhile, we also discovered the lncRNAs expression alteration regulated by Aila was crucial for the initiation and metastasis of NSCLC. Furthermore, in our research, we found that DUXAP8 downregulated significantly in NSCLC cells after treated with Aila could regulate the expression level of EGR1. In conclusion, our findings demonstrated that Aila is a potent natural suppressor against NSCLC by modulating the expression of DUXAP8 and EGR1.
