Critical Scaling of Novelty in the Cortex

File names are based on how they were described in the paper "Critical Scaling of Novelty in Cortex", Ribeiro et al., 2025 Nature Communications with letters (A-G), while originally were named numerically based on experimental acquisition protocols. Some of the code provided on Github might depend on that original naming (and perhaps in some rare cases stored in a particular directory, HCS2/, or HCS3/ for D_noDeepIP).
