Autonomous neutrophil ageing in the lung governed by the pulmonary microbiome

We used cellular indexing of transcriptomes and epitopes-based single cell RNA sequencing (CITE-scRNAseq) coupled with adoptive transfer approaches to determine tissue contribution to neutrophil diversity.
