RNA sequencing of Candida auris isolated from wastewater

This study uses RNA sequencing to investigate the transcriptional response of Candida auris to stress conditions. The analysis focuses on multiple C. auris isolates obtained from wastewater (WW). These isolates were cultured in two distinct media: a standard YPD medium and a stress-inducing SSDB medium, to characterize gene expression profiles related to environmental adaptation. The dataset also includes reference isolates from Africa and South Asia for comparative purposes.
