Chromosome GO analysis of many wasp species

A dataset for the Belonogaster genome project. It runs the Eco-flow/excon pipeline on multiple wasps to detect if there is an functional enrichment in chromosomes.The folder contains for each species, unfiltered and filtered. Unfiltered is just the number of genes with a function per chromosome, and filtered is only using orthogroups of genes and their enrichment (which helps remove the influence of a single gene family expanding as a tandem duplication, in one chromosome).
