Transcriptional profiling of different subsets of PBMCs-CD4+, CD8+, CD14+, CD21+, CD335+ reveals differential response to Sungri/96 PPRV vaccination in Goat and Sheep

We have used RNA-Seq to examine expression profiles of different subsets of PBMCs-CD4+, CD8+, CD14+, CD21+, CD335+ from Goat and Sheep under sungri/96 PPRV vaccination. Goat and Sheep were subjected to Sungri/96 PPRV vaccination. RNA isolated from different subsets of PBMCs -CD4+, CD8+, CD14+, CD21+, CD335+ before vaccination (0 day) and post vaccination (5 day) were subjected to illumina sequencing in both the species.
