Older Adults Text-entry Studies (OATS): Summary: Our goal was to gain some understanding of how older adults use their mobile devices and how they enter text with soft keyboards. This study consists of two sessions. In session 1 we introduced our project to participants, performed some workshop activities and gave them tasks to carry out in their own time (cultural probes). In session 2 we invited participants back to discuss the outcome from their assigned tasks. Study date November 2013
