Human infant microbiota trajectory in a two-generation mouse model

Here we sequenced the gut microbiota from human infant inoculates and mice in a two-generation human microbiota-associated mouse mode. The microbiota originates from 2 pools of human infants age 2weeks - 2 months. The goal was to see if this model is suitable for studies of human microbiota and its effects on host physiology, with focus on allergy.
