Overview The Town of Yarmouth is an historic seaside village. Many of the attributes associated with Old Cape Cod have been overlooked in the course of developing the town’s business zones. Any rehabilitation and/or development of existing business properties should be consistent with the preservation and enhancement of the community’s innate charm and beauty. The intent of this ROAD is to provide a carefully controlled mechanism that promotes business opportunities through the use and reuse of business properties while preserving and enhancing the ambiance of our historic community.
