Potential for production of hydrolytic enzymes from endophytic fungi of C. adamantium and phytopathogen control.
收藏资源简介:
The objective of this work is the bioprospecting of endophytic fungi isolated from the leaves of the guavira plant (Campomanesia adamantium) with the potential for the production of hydrolytic enzymes, of amylase, lipase, esterase, and protease and control of the phytopathogen Macrophomina phaseolina. Our findings demonstrate that two specific endophytic fungi, CA 70A and CA 70B (both Diaporthe sp.), exhibit positive results for all four enzymes, indicating their potential for enzyme production. Additionally, nine isolates show significant antagonistic effects against M. phaseolina, underscoring their potential as effective antagonists against phytopathogens. These results contribute valuable insights into the utilization of endophytic fungi from C. adamantium for sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural practices.
