Transcriptome of tumor biopsy sample of patient with granulosa cell tumor of the ovary

We profiled gene expression in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor biopsy sample of the patient with granulosa cell tumor of the ovary. Microrray analysis was perrformed for single biopsy sample. Sample was evaluated by a pathologist to confirm the diagnosis and estimate the tumor cell numbers (sample should contain at least 80% of tumor cells).
