资源简介:
In this study, a glycosylase, was used as an additive for fermentation. The contents of starch, cellulose and total nitrogen in tobacco leaf decreased significantly after fermentation. The microbial community structure changed significantly, with Aspergillus abundance decreasing significantly, Filobasidum, Cladosporium, Bullera and Komagataella increased. During the fermentation process, the relative abundance of metabolism-related functional genes increased, and the expressions of cellulase and endopeptidase increased. The results demonstrated that adding glycosylase for fermentation had a positive effect on improving the quality of tobacco leaves.
