Station-based peat moisture in Sumatra peatland

Peat moisture is a key hydrological variable of peatland that has a practical value for a wide range of uses. In tropical peatland, the observation-based monitoring remains research challenge due to its remote and harsh environment. The daily peat moisture from 21 observation-based monitoring stations is provided for period 2018-2019. The stations are in Sumatra peatland, Indonesia that were maintained by BRG. Information on peat moisture is of importance related to the assessment on the success of restoration projects.
