Investigation of current status and influencing factors of leadership competency among medical graduate freshmen in One University in China

A total of 851 medical graduate freshmen from seven hospitals affiliated to Capital Medical University (CMU) participated in this study. A survey was conducted to assess their leadership competency from three different perspectives using Socially Responsible Leadership Scale (SRLS), Emotionally Intelligent Leadership for students Inventory (EILI) and the Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI).
