Gut microbiome was analyzed in a HFHCF diet-induced lean MASH mouse model treated with Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis CKDB001 or Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Q180. Fecal samples were collected from normal control, negative control, L. lactis CKDB001-treated and L. plantarum Q180-treated groups and processed for 16S rRNA metagenome sequencing. The dataset provides insights into microbial community shifts induced by L. lactis CKDB001 or L. plantarum Q180 supplementation in a lean MASH model
