Time-lapse microscopy of RPC migratory response to EGF in a microfluidic channel. Live-cell images were obtained at hourly intervals over 24hrs. GFP+-RPC fluorescence was detected using a CCD camera coupled to a Nikon Ti microscope with Elements software. Visualized RPC migratory trajectories were then quantified for accumulated distance and center of mass motility. (ZIP)
