Comparison of global gene expression profilles between fibroblasts from Meflin(islr)-knock out mouse and fibroblasts from wild type mouse under the presence or absence of TGFβ. Primary lung fibroblasts isolated from either Meflin knockout mice or wild type C57BL/6J mice were cultured in the presense or absense with recombinant TGF-β1 (5ng/ml) for 48hr. Four independent experiments were conducted in each group.
