SARS-CoV-2 ORF6 plays a pivotal role as an accessory protein in modulating the innate immune signaling pathway during SARS-CoV-2 infection. Our study presents a comprehensive analysis of transcriptomes within innate immune cells overexpressing SARS-CoV-2-ORF6. This transcriptomic analysis facilitates rapid exploration of biological networks regulated by ORF6 and allows for a detailed examination of its multifaceted roles across diverse innate immune signaling pathways. To explore the role of SARS-CoV-2 ORF6 in regulating the inflammatory signaling pathway, we transfected THP-1 cell lines with GFP control or GFP-ORF6 plasmids using electroporation. Next, we conducted gene expression profiling analysis by utilizing RNA-seq data derived from two THP-1 cell lines that were stimulated with Pam3CSK4 for four hours.
