Early HFOV on Outcomes in Children with Moderate to Severe ARDS

Pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome (PARDS) is a highly fatal condition commonly seen in pediatric intensive care units (PICU). Research on the early application of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) in moderate to severe PARDS remains insufficient. This study aims to analyze the differences in outcomes between HFOV and conventional mechanical ventilation (CMV) in this condition using the genetic matching method.
