This dataset is about 3D-imaging at high resolution of NeuN expressing neurons of selected regions (area 17 of visual cortex) of human brain. The dataset contains the final fused volume in tiff and MP4 format, the originally acquired 3D stacks, as well as the stitching file generated by ZetaStitcher.
