Combined single-cell RNAseq and electrophysiological profiling of human pancreatic islet cells (pancreas patch-seq). Overall design: The dataset contains 640 pancreas patch-seq cells from human donors (nondiabetic and with T2D). Single-cell RNA libraries are done using SmartSeq2.
