Differences
in glycogen storage in the hepatic cells between different treatments and
between high and low glucose conditions. The significant increase in glycogen
when the supernatant from the PPC was added indicates positive effect of PPC
towards increasing glycogen storage in the case of high glucose (P<0.05).
The differences between treatments are marked with lower case letters and were
assessed by one-way Anova test
