This dataset consists of single-cell RNA sequencing data derived from human embryonic stem cells, and is applied to infer gene regulatory networks (GRNs). Furthermore, it is also utilized to compare the inferred GRNs against the known ground-truth regulatory networks obtained via ChIP-seq assays, with the core task being gene regulatory network inference.
