BayeScan results for analysis for SNPs under natural selection. The first column is the tag of the selected reads. For each SNP, ‘prob’ represents the posterior probability of departure from neutrality; PO (posterior odds) is the ratio of posterior probabilities and is indicative of how more likely the model with selection is compared to the neutral model. The q value estimates the statistical significance of the deviation. The three lowest values are highlighted in yellow. The q value was used for ordering of the rows in the table. (XLSX 150 kb)
