Overview This dataset provides a comprehensive spatial and single-cell characterization of the human liver microenvironment during Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) and Hepatitis D Virus (HDV) infection. By integrating high-resolution spatial transcriptomics with single-cell RNA sequencing, we map the viral-host interactions and the cellular remodeling occurring at the site of infection. Data Content This repository contains processed data ready for downstream analysis: scRNA-seq Objects: Processed and annotated count matrices (available as an .rds object), including cell-type labels. CosMx 1k Spatial Data: Processed spatial transcripts and cell-segmentation boundaries. This includes: A processed .rds object. Spatial coordinates for every detected transcript. Spatial coordinates for every cell polygon. Normalized Bulk Data: A processed .csv file containing normalized bulk RNA data.
