A novel method utilizing the aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties of N-phenylanthranilic acid (NPAA) to measure the crystallization induction period is proposed. Fluorescence monitoring captures nucleation events with high sensitivity and time resolution, offering advantages over traditional visual inspection. Table 1: The time-resolved fluorescence spectra (T=293.15/298.15/303.15/308.15 K) measured at S=1.09-1.30. Table 2: The time-resolved fluorescence spectra (T=308.15 K) of different supersaturations measured in the presence of TTAB/SDS.
