Transcriptome data of Tylonycteris pachypus, Tylonycteris robustula, and Miniopterus fuliginosus

The transcriptome sequencing data of three different bat species, among which the sequencing data of the flat headed bat is the second-generation transcriptome sequencing of the brain at different developmental stages, with data names of 2-1.22, 2-2.22, 4_1_16, 4_2_16, 7_1_18, 7_2_18, 8_1_20, 8_220, and suffixes of developmental stages such as 2-1.22, which are two replicates of CS22. The brown flat headed bat and the common long winged bat are the second-generation transcriptome sequencing data of six tissues: heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, and intestine, with data names of heartl8, liver8, spleen8, lung8, kidney8, respectively. Samples of Intestine8 and Heart, Liver, Spleen, Lung, Kidney, Intestine Flathead Bats were collected in Guizhou, China; The samples of brown flathead bat and common long winged bat were collected from Jinning, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. After compressing all the data, the total size was about 61G. These data were used to annotate the coding genes of the genomes of the three bat species.
