The aim of the study is to elucidate the genomic mechanism of high-temperature resistance of Saccharomyces cerevisiae AH465 strain. This strain was naturally isolated from a Black and muddy water pooled in a hollow of a rotting tree in Tatsuda Mt. in Kumamoto. The genome sequence data was obtained by Oxford Nanopore MinION and Illumina Mi-Seq. We conducted a hybrid assembly to gain the draft genome of AH465 strain using Flye assembler. We successfully obtained 26 contigs.
