Differential gene expression in the grf10Δ mutant of Candida albicans in rich growth medium

To identify genes regulated by the transcription factor Grf10, we compared expression patterns of a grf10-null mutant relative to the isogenic WT at 1-hr and 4-hr after innoculation in YPD medium. Isogenic strains OHWT and grf10Δ were grown in triplicate cultures in YPD medium, and cells harvested at 1-hr or 4-hr. Total RNA was prepared.
