The AntWeb dataset comprises 752 high-resolution JPEG images (3603×2524 pixels) of specimen labels from Formicidae (Hymenoptera) collected across various countries from the 1800s to the present. Sourced from multiple collections and digitized through the AntWeb platform, the dataset features multi-label annotations and is designed to facilitate research in myrmecology, biodiversity data mining, and computer vision tasks such as label segmentation, metadata extraction, and specimen record classification.
