Video Files in PubMed Central Supplementary Data

This dataset contains a comprehensive list of video files present in the PubMed Central (PMC) Open Access supplementary data. For each of the 472,688 files identified, it provides the PMCID of the associated article, the filename, and a direct download link from the NCBI servers. The following formats are covered: MP4, AVI, MOV, FLV, and WebM. The dataset represents a snapshot of the PMC Open Access set as of March 5, 2026, and is planned to be updated yearly.
