We performed RNA sequencing experiments on chimeric samples of mixed human and mouse pluripotent stem cells over time courses of neural differentiation. Mixed mouse and human pluripotent stem cells were differentiated in vitro and periodically sampled. Submission 399 series has four sets of samples, each sampling a 33 day timecourse. Submissions 441 and 464 sample every day for the first eight days, and every two days thereafter out to forty-two days. Sequenced transcripts were aligned to a combined human-mouse transcriptome.
