Samples of Hepatincolaceae bacteria associated with their ecdysozoan hosts

Total DNA sequencing data from a novel sample of a tardigrade and a published sample of a centipede were analysed, in order to assemble the genomes of their respective bacterial symbionts affiliated to the Hepatincolaceae, and analyse those in order to investigate on the interactions between the partners in each symbiotic association, and to infer general evolutionary trends for Hepatincolaceae
