Acinetobacter baumannii Genome sequencing and assembly. Acinetobacter baumannii

Serial passage of A. baumannii in the presence of a candidate therapeutic monoclonal antibody (MAb) resulted in strains with reduced antigenicity but enhanced clearance by macrophages. This project will look for mutations in the adapted strains and explore gene expression differences between adapted and wild-type strains.
