Nutrient fluxes in the lower St. Lawrence Estuary

Ocean observations from the inaugural Odyssee winter field campaign of 2018, which are presented in the manuscript "Nutrient transport pathways during winter in the Lower St. Lawrence Estuary". In particular, the nutrient, CTD observations, and turbulence observations processed according to methods described in Bluteau et al. (2016) JTECH DOI: 10.1175/JTECH-D-15-0218.1. The winter CTD observations are contained within Winter_SBE_CTD.nc, while the turbulence observations are in VMP_Odyssee.nc. For completeness, the observations from Atlantic Zone Monitoring Program (AZMP) presented in the paper were included inthis repository. The complete datasets can be requested from the Canadian Integrated Ocean Observatory System (http://cioos.ca) via the St. Lawrence Global Observatory (https://ogsl.ca).
