Transcriptome sequencing of Panax notogiseng after foliar infection by A. panax with different intensity

To investigate the changes that occurred in transcription level of notoginseng in response to different intensity of leaf infection by A. panax, the leaves (except for inoculated leaves), and fibrous roots of notoginseng plants after different intensity of foliar infection by A. panax for 24 h were used for RNA-sequencing.
