Mechanistic Insights Into Cladosporium sp. BF-F Improving Salt Stress Tolerance of Sesuvium portulacastrum

By studying the effect of BF-F fungal inoculation on the salt tolerance of S. portulacastrum under salt stress, RNA-seq analyzed the metabolic pathway and key salt tolerance genes of BF-F fungi, and defined the mechanism of BF-F fungi to adapt to saline conditions and maintain growth. It provides a theoretical basis for the use of plant-microbial combination to repair the salinized land.
