This dataset contains anonymized quantitative and qualitative data collected from 145 master’s-level business students enrolled in a flipped-classroom finance course. The quantitative data include variables related to technology accessibility, instructor support, interaction and collaboration, engagement, and learning effectiveness used for PLS-SEM and NCA analyses. The qualitative data summarize thematic responses on engagement, motivation, and instructional design features. Data are fully anonymized and organized in accordance with FAIR principles to enable replication and further research in flipped learning and business education contexts.
