Transcriptomics analysis of gene expression in normal and Ythdc1 deficient mouse oocytes

RNA was isolated from GV oocytes from wildtype and Ythdc1 mutant mice with the PicoPure RNA isolation kit. RNA-seq libraries were constructed using the Ovation RNA-seq system V2 followed by Ovation Ultralow Library system. Three biological replicate libraries were constructed for each genotype. Paired end sequencing runs were carried out on a NextSeq 550 platform.
