资源简介:
This dataset contains underlying files supporting an in silico systems-level functional association and Gene Ontology enrichment analysis performed using the STRING database (v12.0) for the FireGate Biotech FG-002 oncology program. The analysis evaluates whether a curated gene/protein set representing viral sensing, type I interferon signaling, antiviral effector responses, and antigen processing and presentation forms a statistically non-random, highly connected immune network. Results demonstrate strong protein–protein interaction enrichment and overrepresentation of biological processes including response to virus, type I interferon signaling pathway, negative regulation of viral genome replication, cellular response to exogenous double-stranded RNA, and antigen processing and presentation via MHC class I. This dataset supports a mechanistic hypothesis in which induction of viral-mimicry–like immune signaling may promote tumor-intrinsic immune reprogramming and increased tumor immunogenicity. All data are exploratory and intended to support hypothesis generation and downstream experimental validation.
