The Allen Human Brain Atlas is a multi-modal human brain atlas database that integrates anatomical and genomic information. This database contains gene expression profiling data from multiple adult control brain tissues, with over 62,000 gene probes per brain region and approximately 500 samples per hemisphere. The data is mapped via histology to a unified 3D anatomical framework based on MRI, and provides the Brain Explorer® 3D viewer.
