The value of R0 was based on the secondary cases. This operation accounted for the infected agents, contacts infected, and agent out-degree. Additionally, the model included the interval of time when the infected curve was growing to avoid a subestimation due to a low number of susceptible agents. The registered value is an average over the infected nodes and the repetitions.
