Pre-trained dom2vec protein domain embeddings used for downstream evaluation discussed in "dom2vec: Capturing domain structure and function using self-supervision on protein domain architectures" (bioRxiv manuscript: [link](https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.03.17.995498v2)). The domain embeddings were trained using the annotations of InterPro db version 75.0.
