This study is aimed to explore the molecular mechanism of Chelidonium majus responding to the low temperature during the natural cooling course.Three groups of samples were sequenced .The temperature is 0℃，-10℃and -20℃ relatively.Three independent biological replicates were applied for each group. The first group of 0℃ was set as the control.This transcriptome sequencing analysis of Chelidonium majus responding to cold was the first time of being performed with the Illumina-based paired-end deep sequencing platform.
