Clinico-biological characterization of acute myeloid leukemia not molecularly defined: gene mutation

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is clinically and biologically heterogeneous, and could be grouped more precisely based on its diverse underlying genomic profile. In this part of the project we have performed whole exome sequencing of 47 bone marrow or peripheral blood specimens with paired germ line material. We want to explore the frequence of recurrent mutations, identify novel somatic mutations and investigate the role of germline mutations.
