24h incubation experiments from three different locations at NESAP region to asses the microbial response to antrhopogenic dissolved organic carbon. We spiked the sampled seawater with environmentally relevant OP concentrations at low and high doses, and exposed the cummunity for 24h in the dark and at in situ temperature. Here we share the 16S rRNA and rDNA amplicon sequences from T0 and T24, for Control treatments (no ammendments), low dose treatments and high dose treatments, with two replicates per condition.
